Salcido, Elva Elvira
Age 62, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2021. She was born in Camargo, Chihuahua on August 17, 1958. Elva enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews dining and going to the casino. She was always happy and willing to help anyone she could. Elva will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gumercindo Salcido, mother, Maria Luisa Hernandez; sisters, Delia Arroyo and Graciela Salazar.
Elva is survived by siblings, Yolanda Castro, Armando Salcido and wife, Maria Elena Estevane, Maria De Los Angles Salcido, Gustavo Salcido and wife, Mariana; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm at Garcia Mortuary~Chapel of Angels, 624 8th Street SW. COVID-19 restrictions apply, only 20 people in the chapel at a time.  The Rosary can be heard on your radio (if you are parked outside of the Chapel) on 88.1FM.  A Mass will be celebrated on Friday, March 5, 2021 at 10:00 am at San Jose Parish, 2401 Broadway Blvd SE, with interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Gabriel Campos, Alexander Campos, Othoniel Salazar, Gustavo Salcido, Jairo Solano and Edgar Delgado.
