Was called home by our Heavenly Father on March 22, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin Harold Cook and his mother, Clara Cook. He is survived by his wife, Cecelia Cook; children, Mona Cook, Nancy Anzures and husband, Josh Anzures, Rebecca Cook and boyfriend, Gilbert Parson, Kimberly Chavez and husband, Vince Chavez and Joseph C Cook and girlfriend, Michelle Maldonado; brothers, Ivan Cook and wife, Patricia Cook, Phillip Cook and wife, Agnus Cook, Ronald Cook; sisters, Dorthy Trujeque and husband, Micheal Trujeque; many nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles and grandkids, Cecelia Anzures , Josh Anzures , Julius Cook , Melanie Tosh, Sabrina Chavez, Christina Chavez, Vincent Chavez, Nathaniel Chavez, Savior Chavez, Davior Chavez, Alexander Chavez, Tony Maldonado, Brandy and Bryan. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 8:15 am immediately followed by a Mass at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd. SW. A viewing will follow at Garcia Mortuary~Chapel of Angels, 624 8th Street SW from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. Interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery at 1:00 pm. Pallbearers will be Ivan Cook, Ronald Cook, Ronnie Montoya, Vincent Chavez, Andrew Chavez, Gilbert Parsons and Joseph Cook.
