Age 90, passed away Friday, November 7, 2014. She was born in Wilkes Barre, PA on April 21, 1924. She was preceded in death by her husband, F.R. Carpenter. Ruth is survived by her two children, F. Robert Carpenter and wife, Stacie, Heather Martinez; grandchildren, William Francis Kindell, Rachel Ann Martinez and Raymond Gomez; eight great grandchildren. Ruth enjoyed cake decorating and making pottery, she was a member of Rebecca and Old Fellow and a member of San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church. Inurnment will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be given in Ruth's honor to Toys for Tots or Coats for Kids.
