Nellie Peralta

Nellie Peralta 81 was born on February 26, 1944, and was called Home to our Lord on December 8, 2025, surrounded by her husband, daughters and son in law.

Nellie is survived by her husband Willie, daughter Dianne (husband Jerry), daughter Barbara (husband Rob), grandchildren Andres, Izaea, Kaitlyn, Taylor, Amanda, and great grandson JJ. Brothers Pete (Phyllis), Marcus (Lorraine), Dennis (Lucy), sisters Prescilla (Sonny), Lorraine, BettyAnn (Ron) and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father Esmael, mother Susie, sister Katherine and brothers Benjie and Frankie.

Nellie married the love of her life, Willie, in 1964. By choosing one another every day for over 61 years, they showed that life’s greatest blessing is not material things but the understanding and true meaning of forgiveness, grace, and always seeking the best in one another. All who were blessed to be part of their family are profoundly grateful for such a beautiful example of what God intended marriage to be. The true meaning of the vows they took so many years ago, for better or worse, in sickness and in health. Through all the love, laughs, life challenges and unshakeable faith, they always stood by one another, never leaving each other’s side. This was what they showed and taught their family, an enduring love and a life filled with unmeasurable blessings.

Nellie was loved by so many. She made friends anywhere she went, and she genuinely cared about each of them. She will be remembered for her strength and determination, a kind heart, and silly spirit. She loved her family more than anything. Her favorite hobbies were playing bingo and sitting outside on her favorite swing with her husband Willie, listening to their favorite music. She will be missed every single day.
