Son, when God created you, dear one He made a perfect thing that sent a gust of joy through Heaven and made the choirs sing.

He took a ray of sunshine and a bit of Angel's smile.

He dipped into the brightness of the cherubs' start-dust pile. He added sweetest fragrance from the rose bed of the sky, with a final dash of whiteness from a cloudlet passing by. If God had given me to choose my son at birth, I would have chosen you of all the sons' on the earth.

Manuel Rios is survived by his beloved parents Rex and Maria Jones; Aunts and Uncles Orfela Baca, Virgina Baca, Leroy Baca and Lorretta Baca. His neice Nichole Rodriguez and nephew Richard Edward Rodriguez and great nieces Naoemi Richardson and Bailey Wenzler. Manuel is proceeded in death by his sister Eleanor Rodriguez, grandparents Arestio and Jennie Baca, uncle Senito Baca, Eddie Baca, Ronald Baca and grandmother Lupe Chavez.

Due to building renovations to the Garcia chapel, services will be graciously hosted at Gabaldon Mortuary located at 1000 Old Coors Rd SW Albuquerque, NM 87121 on Friday September 22, 2023. Viewing will be held from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM with a celebration of life to take place Friday September 22, 2023 from 3:00pm.
