Obituary

Lee Anzures, 75, of Seboyeta, passed away on May 5, 2026.

Lee proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for six years. After his military service, he dedicated much of his life to his passion for restoring cars. He was a talented mechanic who always had a project car in the garage and found joy in bringing old vehicles back to life. Lee was also a loyal friend and was known for his dependable and caring nature. More than anything, he loved his family, especially his children and grandchildren, who were the center of his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Tomas and Benerita Anzures; his sisters, Ellen Anzures and Toni Anzures; his son, Brian Anzures; and his great-granddaughter, Emsley Anzures.

Lee is survived by his siblings, Gene Anzures, Gloria Omanson, and Richard Anzures; his children, Andy Anzures, Judy Gallegos and husband Steven, Maggie B. Anzures, Amanda Antillo and husband Miguel, and Elena Tiger and husband Tyler; his grandchildren, Brian, Madison, Austin, Mireya, Marcos, Emilee, Cheyenne, Maverick, and Seb; and his great-grandchildren, Dallas, Isaac, Mason, Derrick, Everleigh, and Lilyana.

Lee will be remembered for his hard work, his love of classic cars, his loyalty to family and friends, and the deep love he had for those closest to him. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Viewing will take place at Los Portales of Seboyeta, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 p.m. interment will follow immediately thereafter, with a reception to be held afterward at the Community Center.
