Jon Peralta

Jon Carlos Peralta, age 45, passed away on December 19, 2025, after a battle with Cancer. Born on November 18, 1980, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jon spent his life devoted to his family and to the responsibilities he carried with quiet strength.

A loving husband, father, son, and uncle, Jon was known as the family’s 'Superman', the one who took care of everything and everyone. He was a hard worker, deeply respected, and someone others could always depend on. His dedication, reliability, and sense of responsibility defined who he was, and his presence brought comfort and stability to those around him.

Jon is survived by his wife Tele Baca and his three children Gabriel, Marissa and Dominic. His parents John and Terese Peralta, brother Vincent Peralta and sister Stephanie Peralta and several nieces and nephews.

He will be remembered for his unwavering support, his strong work ethic, and the love he gave to his family.

Jon will be deeply missed by those who loved him.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026 @ 4:00pm at Garcia Mortuary 717 Stover Ave SW.
