Age 84, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2016. Frank served in the Army as a staff sergeant for 12 years and was a member of the American Legion post 72.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Tomas Soto, Elisia Candelaria Soto and one brother, Manuel Soto.
Frank is survived by his wife, Confie Soto; brothers, Roger Soto, Teofilo Soto; sisters, Lugie Luna, Sally Soto; children, Thomas J. Soto, Kathy Silva, Patricia Sanchez, Rachel Soto, Irene Sanchez and Lorraine Cervantes; 18 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 25, 2016 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Garcia Mortuary~Chapel of Angels on the corner of 8th and Iron, with a Rosary to be recited at 11:00 a.m. and a Vigil Service to follow at 11:30 a.m. Interment to follow service. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Manuel D. Sanchez, Ernest Cervantes, Tomas Soto, Benjamin Rivera, Randy Silva, great grandsons, Marcos Leyba and Andres Devon LeClare.
