Age 86, beloved, devoted and wonderful, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, has been called to heaven by our Heavenly Father to be reunited with her loving husband Macedonio Leyba and her beloved granddaughter, Cecilia Crespin-Khou.  She was also preceded in death by her parents, Ventura and Juana Soto; brothers, Rodolfo Soto, Miguel Soto; and sister, Maria L. Lala was a teacher and health care giver to her students in the rural towns of her native state of Chihuahua, MX.  She learned to speak, write, and read English fluently shortly after moving to Albuquerque.  Lala will be greatly missed by her loving family and by those whose hearts she touched. A Rosary will be recited this evening (Sunday) at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of The Angels, located on 8th Street and Iron.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 309 Stover Ave., SW.  Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. Pallbearers will be Andy Leyba, Ray Leyba, Rudy Leyba, Chris Leyba, Mark Crespin, Rudy Leyba, Jr., and Cecil Crespin.
