Ernest Maximo Ulibarri (Ernie) is survived by his sons, Walter Atencio, Lorenzo Chavez wife Chenta, and Robert Chavez and wife Loretta; his daughters, Mable, Jayne, and Marcella Segovia and husband Ron, and Valerie Tourville and husband Tim. He is also survived by his sister, Melba, and his brother, Leroy, as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren who will continue to cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife and the love of his life for 35 years, Lillian Ulibarri; his son, Jerry Chavez; daughter-in-law, Kathy Chavez; daughter-in-law Rosie Atencio son-in-law, Tom Jayne; and his beloved grandson, Frankie Chavez.

Pallbearers will be Francisco Valenzuela, Jeremy Garcia, Jorge Hernandez, Robert Chavez, Mark Garcia, and Shaun Hall.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Sharon Garcia, Clarissa Hernandez, and Nicole Hall.

Ernie had a deep enthusiasm for football and was a devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Kansas City Chiefs. He enjoyed working outdoors and took great pride in keeping his vehicle clean. He will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his strong work ethic, and his love for the simple joys in life.
