E. Dean Leach, loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away Monday, August 13, 2018 at the age of 89. He was born in Childress,TX on May 30, 1929, to Warnie and Luna Leach. He spent his life as a self employed adobe maker and enjoyed wood working and gardening. He was an avid Broncos and Cowboys fan. One of Dean's favorite colors was blue. His favorite meal was chicken fried steak and peanut butter and crackers.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Warnie and Luna Lily Leach; son, Lloyd Leach; brothers, Kenneth and James Leach and sister, Letta Hooper.

Dean is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Annabell Leach of Albuquerque, NM; children, Shirley Leach, Linda Watts and husband, Bill, John Leach and wife, Angie, Darlene Leach, Valerie Livelsberger and husband, Ron; sister, Anna Mae Cross; brothers, Bob Hooper, Lloyd Leach and wife, Dot, and Peat Leach; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren and his companion dog, Ranger.

A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 7:00 pm at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 1818 Coal Pl. SE. A Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 10:00 am also at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Committal service will follow at 12:45 pm at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
