Age 76, passed away Friday, October 21, 2016. She was born in Albuquerque, NM on March 20, 1940.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Joseph Daniel Lopez.
Dorothy is survived by her siblings, Agatha Perea, Bessie Strickland. Mike Perea; children, Daniel V. Lopez, Vincent P. Lopez, Kenneth C. Lopez, Christina Stewart; four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one on the way.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 27, 2016, 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Garcia Mortuary ~ Chapel of Angels , on the corner of 8th and Iron followed by a Rosary 7:00 p.m. A Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 28, 2016, 9:00 am, at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 St. Josephs Drive NW. Interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Albuquerque.
