Age 88, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, passed away Friday, May 5, 2017. David enjoyed horse racing at the Downs.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bessie Carbajal.
David is survived by his children, Evelyn, Martin, David, Albert (Jessie), Santiago (Frances); 16 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 7:00 pm at Garcia Mortuary~Chapel of Angels on the corner of 8th and Iron. A Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 9:00 am at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd. SW. Interment will be at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:45 pm. Pallbearers will be, Chris Carabajal, Nathan Carabajal, Richard Gurule, Bryanna Otero, David Snead, Delfinio Trujillo. Honorary Pallbearers will be, Santiago Jose Carabajal and Vicente Chavez.
