Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister passed away on October 5, 2015. She was born in Albuquerque, NM on April 5, 1931. She was the life of the party and loved to dance, but most of all loved her family.
Connie is survived by husband of 69 years, Margarito Hernandez; sons, Mike Hernandez and wife, Trinie, Daniel Hernandez, Mario A. Hernandez, Mario Ray Hernandez; six grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; sisters, Dolly Griego and husband, Domingo, Virginia Vigil, Betty Gonzales; one brother, Peter Almaraz and wife, Helen; sister in law, Martha Trujillo and husband, Pat.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Carmen Castillo; sisters, Helen Almaraz, Carmen Montoya; brothers, Charlie Almaraz, George Almaraz, Charlie Almaraz, Frank Almaraz and great granddaughter Adrianna Monique Hernandez.
A Rosary will be recited on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Garcia Mortuary ~ Chapel of Angels, 717 Stover Ave SW.
