Age 36, passed away Monday, September 29, 2025. He was born in El Paso TX on July 8, 1989. Carlos was a devoted father, brother, uncle, and son. He loved to joke around with everyone. He loved dancing and making sure no one was ever sad around him. Carlos loved working on his cars. Carlos adored his mother and sister. Until we meet again.
He was preceded in death by his brother Irvin Perez and grandmothers Maria de la Luz Munoz and Sophia Castillo. Carlos is survived by his parents, Felipe Castillo and Martha Perez. Sibling Ximena Perez and daughter Cenith Gonzalez.
