Rodriguez, Anival Juan

Age 78, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2020. He was born in Rio Lucio, NM on June 30, 1941. He was a sports enthusiast and loved horse racing. He loved betting on the Kentucky Derby. He was a very religious and attended almost every Sunday at Holy Family. He loved to joke and had a great sense of humor. We will always miss the smile on your face and phone conservations.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Polinar and Macedonia Rodriguez; siblings, Viola Olguin, Eloisa Esquibel, Claudinia Lopez, Gavina Torres and Raymundo Rodriguez.

Anival is survived by his wife, Rosie Rodriguez; children, Dan Rodriguez, Elaine Rodriguez and partner, Shawna Andersen, Roseann Rodriguez-Marquez and spouse, Christina; one grandchild; two sisters, Delia Lopez and husband, Jose, Elsie Gonzales and many nieces and nephews.

A Visitation will take place from 6:00-7:00 pm on Monday, March 16, 2020 at Garcia Mortuary~ Chapel of Angels, on the corner of 8th and Iron. A Final viewing will take place on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 starting at 8:00 am with a Rosary to follow at 8:30 am and a Mass to be celebrated at 9:00 am at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW.
