Casados, Alfred Leroy
Age 68, from Albuquerque, passed away at home peacefully surrounded by family on December 30, 2021. Alfred was born on February 6, 1953 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He went on to graduate in 1971 from Sierra Vista High School in Baldwin Park, CA. In 1985 Alfred and his family moved to Albuquerque where he raised his children and eventually retired from Reliance Steel.
He is survived by daughters, Veronica Chavez and Reyna Talamante; son in law, Patrick Talamante; nine grandchildren, Valentino (Anthony) Silva, Alexandria Martinez, Arianna Casados, Abriana Chavez, Angelica Talamante, Lilliana Talamante, Alexis Talamante, Marcos Chavez and Anthony Talamante; three sisters, Virginia Smith and husband, Herbert, Angelina Avalos, Elizabeth Smyth and husband, Mike along with numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Alfred is preceded in death by his son, Anthony "Tone" Casados; parents, Alfredo and Rufina Casados; two brothers, Benjamin Casados and Ramon Casados.

A Visitation will take place on Monday, January 31, 2022 from 10:00-10:30 with a Funeral service to follow at 10:30 at Strong Thorne Chapel, 1100 Coal Ave. SE. A Reception will follow in the Strong Thorne Life Event Center at 11:30 am.
