Adam Leonard Sanchez

Deacon Adam Leonard Sanchez, aged 77 years, was welcomed by the Lord on July 30, 2024. He was born November 5, 1946, in San Miguel to Adan T. and Amelia Sanchez. He worked as a communications technician with White Sands Missile Range for 32 years. He was a Catholic deacon in the Archdiocese of Las Cruces for 45 years. Adam was devoted to his Catholic faith. He was so proud of his family and dedicated his time to supporting them in their endeavors. He was preceded in death by his son Adam Joseph Sanchez. Adam is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years Sally Ann Sanchez; his children Celestina (Adrian) Martinez, Cassia Sanchez, Andrew (Dusty) Sanchez, Abram (Rebeca) Sanchez; and his grandchildren Christian, Roman, Ayanna, Harmony, Amelia, Penelope, Alann, Raymond, Alivia, Annalee, and Hope. Family, friends, and others are invited to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 103 East 6th Street, Truth or Consequences at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 14, 2024 to celebrate his life.
